Don't know what it is but I can't get enough of this movie. When I was younger I wanted to be Star. My sister also says that when I was younger and people asked me what I wanted to be, I said a stripper.....hmmmmmm. Weird.

Viva la Revolucion!!!
Ok. So my sister brought us back some neato post cards from Cuba. Background Info: In my early 20s I developed a fascination with Che Guevara.
Anyhow, she knows I love baseball, she knows I love photography and, obviously I love my baby!!! Therefore the postcards feature Fidel playing baseball, Che peering through a camera lens and lastly, Che holding his little baby.
We got these postcards before Oliver was born and now looking at them again, Matt pointed out just how much Oliver looks like Che's baby. So, I went into iphoto and came across this picture taken a month ago.
Am I crazy? Or do you agree?

And They're Off.....
The decision has been made to escape the clutches of Port Coquitlam and venture to the opposite coast (or as Matt says, the 'Right Coast'). Now, let me tell you this is no small venture.
There are bills to be canceled.
Boxes to be packed.
Mail to be forwarded.
Jobs to be left.
Jobs to be found.
Lease to break.
House to find.
We have decided to buy a cube van (!) and Matthew is going to drive our stuff clean across the country. His Dad is flying out to be his wing man. Oliver and I have opted out of the 5 day drive.
While I will certainly miss Vancouver, I am excited about a fresh beginning. Finding friends who don't disappear the minute you mention you are pregnant. Being close to family.
Most importantly, I think I am looking forward to getting great deals on lobster (Matt's good friend is a lobster broker!).
